Who We Work With

We welcome teens and young adults (ages 14 - 24) who may be:

Feeling stuck, anxious, unmotivated, or isolated
Struggling with emotional regulation or executive functioning
Facing life transitions (post-treatment, academic burnout, or failure to launch)
Seeking a supportive, therapeutic alternative to traditional environments

Each applicant is considered holistically - we’re not looking for perfection; we’re looking for readiness and openness to grow.

Application Process

Step 1: Initial Inquiry

Fill out our Contact Form or schedule a discovery call. We’ll listen, answer your questions, and help you explore whether Free Spirit is the right fit.

Step 2: Personal Conversation

We’ll set up a call with parents, and often with the young person too, to understand needs, goals, and concerns.

Step 3: Application & Interview

Complete application forms and participate in a virtual interview to ensure the best possible match between our program and your needs.

Step 4: Intake & Planning

If accepted, we’ll work together to create a personalized intake plan, including travel logistics, goals, and communication strategies.

Tuition & Financial Aid
